Prospective & New Members

1. First thing you should do is come and visit us at the lake a couple times on a Sunday or Wednesday and have a chat with club members;

2. Make yourself known to the club Membership Officer (or a committee member) to find out what the Club is all about;

3. The "Memberships Officer" will explain what fees would be payable and give you a Membership Application form, Membership Nomination form and other Club information;

4. You will need to get two financial club members to sponsor you and to sign your application form;

5. The completed form is displayed on the club notice board by the "Memberships Officer" for Members to review and for the application to be approved by the Committee; this usually takes a couple weeks;

6. The "Memberships Officer" will send you a letter announcing the Committee's decision;

7. Letters to successful applicants will explain how to make payment to complete the application process.

Adult [18 years +]

Concession [pensioner or 55 years +]

Junior [under 18 years]

Family [Parent or Guardian plus, dependent children]

$20 Joining fee applies to the above amounts
## The membership year commences on 1st July and the membership fees must be paid before 1st September to maintain Club rights.

To reduce administrative load the Club prefers that fees are paid by:
 

Cheque / Cash payment direct to Treasure

1. All cheques must be payable to Surrey Park Model Boat Club

2. Your full name, address and phone number must be printed on the back.

3. Please ensure that the correct fees (and joining fee if applicable) are included.
4. Cheques must be addressed as follows:
